Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our refund policy. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. Contact us with your order number before sending an item back.
How do the Early Black Friday savings work?
Buy two or more eligible toys for an automatic 20% discount on their displayed selling prices. Together with the reduction from the compare-at price, this gives up to 35% total savings. One toy stays at its displayed selling price in the cart. No code is needed, and product or order discounts do not stack. Storage accessories do not count toward or receive the toy discount.
When will I get my order?
Free standard shipping to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and France. Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Carrier or customs delays can affect arrival.
What is included with my product?
Read the Product details or What arrives section on this page for the selected item. Accessories and other toys are sold separately unless specifically listed as included. Check size and setup notes before ordering.
