Ethan’sToySet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Paul Gonzalez P, based in Yonkers, New York. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our website, buy a product, contact us, or submit a review. Our products are marketed to adults shopping for children, not to children directly.

Information we collect

When you browse our store, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages and products viewed, referring pages, interactions with the store, cookie identifiers, and shopping cart activity.

When you place an order, we collect information needed to process and fulfill it, such as your name, email address, phone number if supplied, billing and delivery addresses, items purchased, payment status, and order history. Payment providers process payment details; we do not receive your full card number merely because you place an order.

If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message. If you submit a review, we receive the review and any name, photo, or other information you choose to provide. We may also display product reviews originally posted with the same product on other sellers’ sites, subject to the rights and permissions applicable to those reviews. Where we do, we should identify their source and avoid implying that those customers bought from Ethan’sToySet.

We use AliExpress sellers or fulfillment services to supply and ship products; we may share the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number where needed for delivery, and order details with the supplier and carrier. Depending on the supplier and destination, this can involve processing outside your country.

We use the Meta/Facebook Pixel to measure visits and purchases, understand advertising performance, and, where permitted, show relevant ads on Meta platforms. Meta may receive identifiers and information about your interactions with our site. We may share information with review service providers if we add a review app. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.
